ADHD SIG Student Travel Award
The ADHD SIG Student Travel Award was developed to help subsidize the cost of undergraduate and postbaccalaureate students attending ABCT to present their research. The application form can be downloaded (below) and should be submitted along with the applicant’s CV by October 15. Please email adhdsig@gmail.com to submit your application. The winner will be notified in early November and receive a $200 check to offset application costs. The requirements to be eligible for this award are:
- Applicant is applying for a doctoral program in clinical, counseling, or school psychology in the upcoming cycle.
- Applicant has a particular interest in ADHD-related research or clinical work
- Applicant is from a traditionally marginalized or disadvantaged background (e.g., based on race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, first generation college student status, low income, non-traditional student)
- Applicant is presenting at the ABCT convention either during the SIG expo, main conference, or ADHD pre-conference
